There is a very fun new auction in town.  it is a smaller auction that sells anything to do with farm or ranch stuff.  I checked it out the other day and had a great time.  there were many birds and some pigs, puppys, goats, bunnies.  lots of supplies and tack.  it is very laid back so bring the kids and some chairs.  it is every 1st and third thursday of the month on county road 439.  also you can bring things to sell.  registration starts at 5pm sale starts at 7pm  its alot of fun and worth going. the contact number for the sale is 352-483-3261

I went to the july 17th sale.  There was just about every kind of small farm animal you can think of.  There were also horses sold.  The prices things are going for are very reasonable.  If you are looking to get various animals at a really good price this is the place to go.
